Private Lessons & Suspension Coaching

Great for 1-2 individuals of any riding ability. We're happy to provide private lessons from our trained instructors, or refer you to great coaches in the Snoqualmie Valley. We also offer suspension set-up clinics and personalized Dynamic Suspension Coaching.

MTB Fundamentals Group Lesson 

This is a great class to learn essential mountain biking skills to build on, or to brush up on your technique as you progress.

We'll cover:

  • The Bike
  • Stance / level pedals
  • Turning
  • Rolling over stuff
  • Gauging difficulty of features

Equipment needed: Bike, helmet (knee/elbow pads optional), water bottle, weather-appropriate layers 

When: Saturdays 1-3 pm, Oct - Nov

Participants: Min: 2  Max: 8   |    Ages 14+ (Youth must be accompanied by an adult Parent/Guardian)

Experience Gravel Biking - For Beginners (Every other Sunday)

In partnership with Si View Metro Parks.

Gravel Biking is a fast-growing sport that combines the benefits of road biking and mountain biking. The PNW has hundreds of miles of gravel trails to explore our great outdoors. This course will teach you skills, trail etiquette, where to ride, and preventative maintenance so you can keep your bike in tip top shape for years to come! Bike Rentals available, not included in the program fee.

This clinic will introduce you to the joy of gravel biking in the great PNW! 

  • What is gravel biking, exactly?

  • What bikes are best for gravel?

  • What skills are needed?

  • What local trails are good for beginners?

Equipment needed: participants should bring their own bike and helmet.  

A limited number of rental bikes are available, first come, first served. Reserve bikes for 2 hours starting 30 min prior to class. This will allow time for fitting and familiarization, as well as trying out your new skills after class.

Bike Maintenance Basics (Monthly on Third Thursday)

In partnership with Si View Metro Parks.

Knowing how to keep your bike in shape is essential to handle the trails and explore our great outdoors. Learn basic preventative maintenance, what to check before and after you ride, and how to confidently handle flat tires and other mishaps during rides.

This clinic will introduce you to the basics of bike maintenance in the great PNW! 

  • Inspect your bike for common problems before you ride
  • Feel confident in your ability to change a tire and get back on the trail
  • Know what tools and supplies to carry for a quick repair
  • Clean and check your bike after you ride

Equipment needed: none

When: Every Third Thursday, August - Nov | 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Custom Group Instruction / Team Building

Perfect for corporate events or groups of 10-12. We'll help you plan a fun team-building event with private instruction on the fundamentals of mountain biking from our trained instructors, held at the beautiful Snoqualmie Point Park. We start on easy terrain to teach footwork, turns, braking, and more.
